All orders comply with shipping regulations of USPS and UPS. All orders are packed to regulated shipping guidelines as directed by the carriers and are deemed suitable to arrive to destination is good order.

Delivery Timing

Your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date. Wanna Window reserves the right to send packages via other shipping methods based on the shipping destination as long as orders will still arrive within the arrival times outlined on wannawindow.net. You will be asked to provide a telephone number on the shipping page of checkout, which is important in the event the courier needs to arrange a delivery time with you. You will also be asked to provide an email address, to which we will send confirmation that your order was placed.

Return Policy

General Return/Exchange Guidelines

  • Please contact us at sales@wannawindow.net .or. 609.978.4300 prior to sending any returns/exchanges back to us.
  • All returns/exchanges must include any items, documentation, etc., that was originally shipped with the product.
  • Returns/exchanges may take up to 2 weeks to process, not including shipping times.
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges that are not related to a defective product or product that was damaged during initial shipping to you
  • 10 Day Return Policy – Unused Products Only

    Returns are only accepted within 7 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any damage to the packaging due to weather or improper storage will make the product nonreturnable.
