Smart Vent Foundation Flood Vents are ICC-ES Certified and FEMA Accepted. The Bi-Directional vent feature allows water to flow freely both in and out, relieving hydrostatic pressure and protecting your foundation from flood damage. Our Dual Function Engineered Flood Vent provides up to 200 ft. of flood protection and allows for natural air flow through your crawlspace or enclosed area that needs ventilation.
APPLICATION:
These vents are used for a home with a crawlspace or any enclosed area that desires natural air ventilation and flood protection.
FLOOD PROTECTION:
The vent door is latched closed until it comes in contact with flood water. Entering flood water lifts the patented internal floats which unlatch and allow the door to rotate open. This allows the flood water to automatically enter and exit through the frame opening, relieving the pressure from the foundation walls. Certified flood debris clearance is demonstrated with a 3” diameter opening when the flood door is activated. Made in USA
VENTILATION
A bimetal coil automatically opens and closes the ventilation louvers as temperature changes. No electricity is required. The louvers will be fully closed at 35F and fully open at 75F. In the event of a flood the internal floats lift to release the flood door to rotate open and relieve the hydrostatic pressure regardless of the louvers’ position, open or closed.

Delivery Timing
Your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date. Wanna Window reserves the right to send packages via other shipping methods based on the shipping destination as long as orders will still arrive within the arrival times outlined on wannawindow.net. You will be asked to provide a telephone number on the shipping page of checkout, which is important in the event the courier needs to arrange a delivery time with you. You will also be asked to provide an email address, to which we will send confirmation that your order was placed.

10 Day Return Policy – Unused Products Only
Returns are only accepted within 7 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any damage to the packaging due to weather or improper storage will make the product nonreturnable.

If the product is received by us in unused and undamaged condition and in its original packaging, we will refund your purchase. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will apply.
